• We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google services.
• We do not store your Google password. Authentication is handled entirely by Google's secure servers.
• You can revoke FuturesIntel's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage and Security

• Encryption: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
• Database Security: User data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database with access restricted to essential platform operations.
• Session Security: Sessions are managed server-side with secure, HTTP-only cookies. Session data is stored in PostgreSQL with automatic expiration.
• Access Control: Internal access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel necessary for platform operation.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).
