    Please read these terms carefully before using FuturesIntel. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using FuturesIntel.com and its related services (the "Platform"), operated by FuturesIntel ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

    These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FuturesIntel. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

    2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
    • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
    • By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

    3. Account Registration and Security

    • You may create an account using an email address and password, or through Google OAuth.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

    4. Platform Description and Purpose

    FuturesIntel is a market intelligence platform that provides:

    • Curated market data, charts, and economic indicators
    • Educational content and analysis from featured analysts
    • Economic health indicators (FISES) and market research tools
    • Personalized dashboards, watchlists, and alert configurations
    • Seasonal data, COT reports, and other publicly available market information

    The Platform aggregates and presents publicly available data and analyst commentary. It is designed as an informational and educational resource for individuals interested in financial markets.

    5. Not Financial Advice

    The content provided on FuturesIntel is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

    • Market analyses, commentary, charts, and indicators are opinions of their respective authors and do not represent recommendations.
    • Past performance data, seasonal patterns, and historical trends do not guarantee future results.
    • Futures, options, and derivatives trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or databases.
    • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission.
    • Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization.
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
    • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful technology.
    • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or Platform personnel.
    • Use the Platform to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or promotional material.

    7. Intellectual Property

    7.1 Platform Content

    The Platform's design, layout, proprietary indicators (including FISES, FIES, FIMS, and FITEF), branding, and original content are the intellectual property of FuturesIntel. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

    7.2 User Content

    You retain ownership of content you create and publish on the Platform (analyses, charts, commentary). By publishing content, you grant FuturesIntel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. You may remove your content at any time, which will terminate this license.

    7.3 Third-Party Content

    Market data sourced from third-party providers (including but not limited to FRED, CFTC, Yahoo Finance, and others) is subject to those providers' respective terms. FuturesIntel does not claim ownership of third-party data and presents it in accordance with applicable use terms.

    8. Analyst Content

    • Featured analysts publish content independently. Their views, analyses, and opinions are their own.
    • FuturesIntel does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of analyst content.
    • Analysts are not employees of FuturesIntel and their participation does not imply any advisory relationship with users.
    • Following an analyst or reading their content does not create a client-advisor relationship.

    9. Data Accuracy and Availability

    • While we strive to present accurate, timely data, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
    • Market data may be delayed, as indicated by our data sources. Real-time data is not guaranteed.
    • The Platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • FuturesIntel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
    • We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
    • FuturesIntel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
    • We are not responsible for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes influenced by content on the Platform.
    • Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuturesIntel, its operators, affiliates, and featured analysts from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    12. Termination

    • You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
    • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
    • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
    • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

    13. Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.

    14. Privacy
